Gwenn Nolan founded the company with a small truck and a big dream. Working full-time for two years while starting the company, she transitioned to focusing full-time on Mother Compost in 2020.
With her unshakable belief that small actions can create big impacts, Gwenn has focused the team on providing an incredible service to the people & place she calls home.
Gwenn has continued to fuel her passion for the planet and give back to the local community by teaching the positive impact of composting & creating awareness about making less waste. She also works as a technical expert for local municipalities on 10-year solid waste and sustainability plans to help adapt to our changing climate.
