The time for women to be in leadership is right now
Dr. Kinga Mnich is on a mission to change the world by uplifting more women’s voices. Her work proves that when it comes to leadership, women excel at collaboration and ‘long term planning.
During the interview with Kinga I mentioned that I was having difficulty finding business books written by women. I thought maybe women weren’t writing them. What Kinga shared was that there are many great business books written by women, you just can find them because the algorithms do work in favor of women.
Dr. Kinga Mnich is an award-winning international social psychologist, educator, and speaker, specializing in emotions, positive psychology, biohacking, and gender. Her work solves the myths of emotions by breaking down the complexity of social & cultural concepts tied up inside emotions. In her work Kinga believes that we need to change systems to change the prevailing inequalities when it comes to cultural diversity and gender.
In this episode, we talked about how women are leading differently and…
- Why women must build businesses differently than men.
- How Amazon, Google and social media’s algorithms are holding women back
- Why it’s time to stop apologizing
